What You'll Do:

As an ACE Trainee, you will complete a series of rotations designed to build your business knowledge, professional capabilities, and understanding of the electrical distribution industry. • Project Management: Manage customer, sales, and vendor relationships; place orders; track shipments; coordinate billing; and maintain clear, timely communication throughout the project. Learn to review bid packages and prepare project quotations

Elective Rotations:

Toward the end of the program, ACE Trainees can tailor their experience through elective rotations based on individual interests, career goals, and local business opportunities. Elective opportunities may include:

  • Returning to a previous rotation for deeper experience.
  • Product Specialist rotations in areas such as Automation, Lighting, Gear, Datacom, or Services.
  • A customized rotation developed with local leadership

  • Program Orientation (Dallas HQ)
  • Workshops and Product Training (Varies)
  • Graduation (Dallas HQ)
