You will spend most of your week alongside technicians in customers' homes, conducting ride-alongs, checking work quality, coaching performance, supporting difficult situations, and making sure our teams consistently deliver excellent service.You do not need previous carpet cleaning or air duct cleaning experience. We can teach you our services. What we need is someone who already knows how to lead field employees, hold people accountable, coach performance, and take ownership of results.Alpine Specialty Services is a family-owned home services company that has served the Puget Sound area since 1969. You will report directly to the owner and have the opportunity to make a measurable impact on the performance and development of our field teams.What You'll Be Responsible ForLead daily 7:00 AM field team huddles and set expectations for the daySpend significant time in the field conducting technician ride-alongs and job-site quality checksCoach technicians on service quality, productivity, customer experience, and sales performanceHire, train, develop, and manage field employeesConduct direct performance and accountability conversations when expectations are not being metRecognize strong performance while addressing problems quickly and consistentlyUse technician scorecards and reporting to identify trends, performance gaps, and coaching opportunitiesReview production, revenue, add-on sales, callbacks, customer reviews, communication quality, and vehicle safety informationTurn performance data into timely, practical coaching in the fieldCoach production-paid technicians on identifying and appropriately recommending additional services that benefit the customerMaintain quality standards even when working with high-producing techniciansRespond to customer concerns in person when necessary and work toward an appropriate resolutionHelp keep technician schedules, company vehicles, equipment, and field operations running effectivelyFollow up promptly on driver and vehicle safety alertsPartner directly with ownership on field performance, team development, and operational goalsTechnology and Performance TrackingYou will not be expected to build reporting systems or spend your days creating spreadsheets.Alpine Specialty Services provides daily technician performance information through ServiceTitan, AI-supported tools, and other reporting systems.
