Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure every client interaction is warm, welcoming, and exceeds expectations

• Take clients out for meals and experiences

• Ensure our clients feel like a million bucks

• Plan and coordinate client events, appreciation initiatives, and office visits

• Anticipate client needs and address concerns before they arise
