Restaurant Manager – Hands-On Leader

We’re looking for an experienced, energetic Restaurant Manager who knows how to lead a team, take care of guests, and keep a restaurant running smoothly.

This is a hands-on leadership role. We want a manager who is comfortable being on the floor, checking food quality, interacting with customers, supporting the kitchen, and stepping into any position when the team needs help.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, train, motivate, and hold the restaurant team accountable

• Oversee daily front- and back-of-house operations

• Ensure excellent food quality, presentation, portioning, and consistency

• Step into the kitchen/cook role when needed

• Engage with guests, resolve concerns, and help create repeat customers

• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, service, and food safety

• Manage inventory, ordering, waste, food costs, and labor

• Oversee hookah quality, including preparation, flavors, heat management, and staff training

• Help grow catering sales and build relationships with local customers and businesses

• Ensure equipment and restaurant facilities are properly maintained

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Build strong customer relations by personally interacting with the customer

• Has restaurant management or strong leadership experience

• Understands both FOH and BOH operations

• Knows what great food and great service should look like

• Has experience with inventory and cost control

• Is confident interacting with customers and coaching employees

• Is willing to jump in and help instead of managing from the sidelines

• Has hookah knowledge or lounge experience — strongly preferred

• Has catering or local marketing experience — a plus

• Can work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
