Multichannel Sales Specialist (MCSS)

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, inside sales, business development, or a related field, ideally within the construction industry.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience with building materials or roofing solutions is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Strategic thinker with experience in developing and executing reactivation strategies.
• Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and sales tools.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in the face of rejection.
• Enthusiastic about sales with a team-oriented, collaborative mindset.
• Ability to travel to Convoy locations as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle preferred.
