Job Title: Patient Care Technician Profession: PCT Specialty: Float Pool - Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8H Days Hours per Shift: 37.5 hours per week Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Not required Certifications: - BLS (AHA) - Certified Patient Care Technician/Assistant (CPCT/A) via NHA Description: Unit notes include a cancellation policy where cancellations may occur without penalty. The cancellation policy allows up to 1 shift per 4-week assignment. It allows up to 2 shifts per 8-week assignment. It allows up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment. The charting system utilized is Allscripts. Required certifications include BLS and CPCT/A. This position is in an acute care setting. Candidates must meet the minimum experience requirements.
