Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer / Operator to join our manufacturing team for a full-time, 1st shift position. You will be responsible for creating precise toolpaths using Mastercam from SolidWorks models, setting up equipment, and operating CNC machinery to manufacture components that meet strict tolerances and quality standards.Job Responsibilities:Program, set up, and operate 3 axis vertical CNC milling machines, Multi axis CNC lathes, horizontal CNC milling machines, and 5-axis CNC milling machinesGenerate clean and organized programs from Parasolid files utilizing MasterCamInterpret engineering blueprints and CAD models to understand machining requirements and tolerancesProgram optimization through cutter selection, speeds, feeds, depth of cut, etc. to maximize efficiency, quality, and surface finishWork with engineering and mold making departments review work and ensure deadlines and due dates are met or improvedFlexibility to program for other operators to support workflow and backlogQualifications:5+ years of experience programming CNC machining centers5+ years of experience setting up and operating CNC machining centersProficiency with Mastercam for programming and SolidWorks for reviewing/modifying 3D modelsAbility to read and interpret engineering blueprintsAbility to use and interpret measuring tools i.e.: Micrometers, calipers, height gages, dial indicator, drop indicator, bore gages, etc.Clear understanding of G-code and M-codes.Ability to work and communicate well with others on a day-to-day basisWhat we offerCompetitive hourly wages with overtime potentialprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance options.401(k) retirement plan with competitive company matching.Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays.Opportunities for continuous skill training and career growth.
