Pay Rate: $15.00–$17.50 per hour

This entry-level role is ideal for someone who wants to make a positive difference in the lives of residents. No prior experience is required, and full training and support are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Comfortable working with residents who smoke and able to handle smoke exposure.

• Provide supervision and companionship to residents outdoors.

• Foster a calm, supportive environment for residents.

• Observe and report behavioral concerns to nursing staff.

• Offer friendly conversation and emotional reassurance.

• Remain attentive and comfortable during extended outdoor periods.

What We’re Looking For

• Must be at least 21 years old.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Warm, dependable, and compassionate personality.

• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.

• Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods.

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
