Field Advisor

Description

The Field Advisor will support daily operations by performing roof system repairs, inspections, gathering details for quotes, maintenance, and grease containment services while ensuring safety and quality. Communicates effectively with clients, completes digital reporting, collaborates with Field Support to improve processes, and performs related duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. Weekly travel throughout designated region, with overnight travel required, hotel and company vehicle provided.
• Perform physically demanding rooftop tasks including lifting, bending, climbing, and working in varied weather conditions.
• Communicate clearly in both written and oral forms.
• Use technology effectively (smartphone/tablet); tool knowledge a plus.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and digital reporting tools
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions
• Commercial roofing or construction experience is a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
