Job Description
Manage multifamily renovation and ground-up construction projects from planning through completion. Coordinate consultants, contractors, permitting activities, and project stakeholders. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reporting documentation. Review plans, specifications, contracts, and construction progress for quality and accuracy. Lead meetings with ownership, local authorities, design teams, and project partners.
The Successful Applicant
5+ years of Project Management experience with a contractor or developer. Multifamily renovation experience involving amenities, exteriors, and common areas. Experience supporting new commercial or ground-up construction projects. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
What's on Offer
Salary: $130,000 - $155,000 base salary + bonus. Direct reporting line to senior leadership with advancement opportunities. Health insurance and potential vehicle/fuel reimbursement. Exposure to both renovation and future ground-up multifamily developments.
