Tristate HRH Lab Management is seeking a detail-oriented and highly dependable full-time Accessioner to join their team in Bayonne, New Jersey!

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 12 PM - 8 PM

The right candidate will have:

• Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish
• 1 to 2 years of experience reviewing medical terminology and navigating an EMR
• Ability to troubleshoot problems independently
• Ability to navigate and work with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)

Our Accessioner will:

• Review documentation for accuracy and completeness. Interact with client support and vendors to reconcile discrepancies.
• Accession, label sort, and prioritize high-volume specimens.
• Perform centrifugation, aliquoting, storage, and preparation for transport.
• Review requisition and EMR order, resolve test discrepancies.
• Complete required shift logs and required documentation.
