Job description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering
- 9+ years top-level electrical system architecture from concept to integration of unmanned systems including airborne systems
- Advanced circuit design, power electronics, embedded systems, and signal integrity, system safety, EMI/EMC compliance, and environmental qualification testing.
- Experience in DoD or defense program environments (SBIR/STTR, classified programs, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining interface control documents (ICDs) and defining electrical subsystem requirements
- Prior or current clearance preferred.
- US Citizen and ability to obtain clearance.
Responsibilities:
- Work with cross functional teams (mechanical, software, and systems teams throughout the entire product lifecycle
- Guide efforts in electrical integration, testing, and validation of UAS systems
- Mentor junior electrical engineers and foster a culture of technical rigor and innovation within the engineering team.
