Door-to-Door Sales Rep – Appointment Setter (Entry Level, Field Sales)
Relentless Windows and Doors is hiring door-to-door sales reps to knock doors, talk with homeowners, and set appointments for our closers. No sales experience is required. If you're competitive, coachable, and can handle a "no" without slowing down, we'll teach you the rest.
Top door-to-door setters on our team earn $75,000–$150,000 a year, and your pay grows with the appointments you set.
What You'll Do
- Knock doors in assigned residential neighborhoods and introduce homeowners to our energy-efficient windows and doors.
- Build rapport quickly and start real conversations with homeowners at the door.
- Qualify each lead by asking simple questions about the home, its current windows, and the homeowner's timeline.
- Set confirmed in-home appointments for our sales closers and hand off every qualified lead cleanly.
- Keep your door-knocking activity high every day, tracking your doors, conversations, and appointments set.
- Sharpen your sales skills with coaching from experienced door-to-door and home improvement sales leaders.
Who We're Looking For
We want people who are right for door-to-door work, whether or not they have a résumé to match. You'll fit in well if you have experience in any of these:
- Door-to-door sales, canvassing, or field marketing (solar, roofing, pest control, security, HVAC, windows, or home improvement)
- Retail, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service, if you like talking to people all day
- Sports or other competitive environments where effort and results are measured
Requirements
- You must be 18 or older.
- You need a valid driver's license, your own vehicle, and reliable transportation.
- You need a smartphone with a data plan.
- You must be comfortable walking neighborhoods and working outdoors in all weather.
- You should have strong face-to-face communication skills and be able to read people.
- You need to stay resilient, positive, and self-motivated when you hear "no."
Compensation & Schedule
- Earnings: $75,000–$150,000 per year, based on your performance and the qualified appointments you set.
- Pay Structure: Commission only
- Schedule: Full-time, in-person field sales role
