Night Shift Manufacturing Manager
We are seeking a high-caliber Night Shift Manufacturing Manager to lead plant operations and drive execution across machining, assembly, deburr, and tooling teams. In this critical leadership role, you will own shop-floor execution, balance equipment priorities, and manage team performance to deliver high-quality production on time and within budget. You'll partner directly with Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to optimize machine utilization.
