Job Summary:
The Human Resources Representative plays a key role in supporting the HR functions across multiple business units by providing expert client service and administrative support. This position involves collaborating with various teams to implement strategic initiatives, enhance HR processes, and contribute to a culture of innovation and service within the organization. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, HR knowledge, and the ability to manage diverse HR responsibilities effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct HR support and services to clients across different business units.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of strategic HR initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR teams to streamline administrative processes and improve service delivery.
- Serve as a trusted partner to employees and management by addressing HR-related inquiries and issues.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and other HR functions as needed.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in compliance with policies and regulations.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between various HR departments and business units.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Minimum of 3 years direct experience in varied HR roles with a focus on client or customer service.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Prior experience in an HR generalist position.
- Familiarity with strategic HR planning and implementation.
- Experience working in a higher education or healthcare HR environment.

- Role may require collaboration across multiple campuses and business units.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced organizational environment.
Scheduling:
- Standard full-time work schedule with potential flexibility based on department needs.
