What You’ll Do


As a Lead Teacher, you’ll create a classroom where children feel safe, supported, confident, and excited to learn.


You’ll:

• Implement prepared-for-you, age-appropriate lessons and activities
• Create a nurturing, inclusive and engaging classroom
• Build meaningful relationships with children and families
• Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive and physical development
• Observe children’s progress and celebrate their milestones
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers
• Collaborate with fellow educators and school leadership
• Maintain a safe, organized and positive learning environment

What We’re Looking For


We’re looking for an educator who believes early childhood education is more than a job — it’s an opportunity to shape a child’s future.


You may be a great fit if you have:

• A Child Development Associate (CDA), Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education, or other qualifying early childhood credentials
• Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A nurturing, dependable and positive approach
• A desire to continue learning and growing professionally

Bachelor’s degree is welcomed but not required for every qualified candidate.
