(Non-Public) Job Description: AutoMax USA is looking for a motivated, outgoing Sales Associate to join their growing used-car dealership. This is a commission-driven sales position with minimum wage plus a high commission structure. The ideal candidate is a go-getter who is comfortable working with customers, building relationships, and working toward sales goals. Automotive sales experience is preferred, but they are open to the right person.

AutoMax USA is a used-car dealership looking for a motivated Sales Associate to work directly with customers, assist with vehicle sales, and provide a great customer experience throughout the buying process.

Description for POSITION:

Assist customers with selecting and purchasing vehicles
Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service
Answer questions about vehicles, pricing, and features
Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and test drives
Follow up with leads and potential customers
Work toward individual and team sales goals
Maintain a professional and welcoming sales environment
Work closely with the sales and finance team to complete the sales process

Pay $

Base Pay + high commission structure
Approximately $500–$1,000+ per vehicle sold
Additional performance-based bonuses
Earning potential based on sales volume and performance

Requirements for POSITION:

Sales experience preferred, automotive experience a plus
Strong customer service and communication skills
Motivated and goal-oriented
Comfortable working in a commission-based environment

Reliable and dependable
Valid driver’s license
Must be willing to learn and work as part of a team
