POSITION DETAILS

• Position: Unarmed Security Officer
• Location: Riverside, CA
• Pay Rate: $19.00 per Hour
• Shifts Available: Swing Shift & Graveyard Shift
• Schedule: Weekdays and Weekends Available
• Employment Type: Full-Time & Part-Time

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Observe and report any irregularities, suspicious activities, hazards, or security violations
• Conduct interior and exterior foot patrols throughout the distribution center property
• Monitor entrances, exits, loading docks, and designated access points
• Maintain a visible security presence and deter unauthorized activity
• Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors
• Complete incident reports and daily activity logs accurately and professionally
• Utilize computers, tablets, phones, and other security technology as required
• Assist management and staff with security-related concerns and emergencies
• Follow all site-specific policies and security procedures

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Valid California Guard Card (Required)
• Power to Arrest Certificate (Required)
• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• Previous Security Experience Preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate computer skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• No felony arrests or convictions
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record preferred
• Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift or carry up to 40 pounds when necessary
• Ability to climb stairs, ramps, and ladders as needed

SCHEDULE

• 8-Hour Shifts
• Evening Shift
• Night Shift
• Overnight Shift
• Weekends as Needed

COMMUTE REQUIREMENT

Must be able to reliably commute to Riverside, CA or plan to relocate before starting employment.
