Insulation & Weatherization Installer
Prospective Energy Solutions is an established energy-efficiency company serving Western Massachusetts. We’re looking for dependable, motivated people to join our growing installation team.
As an Insulation & Weatherization Installer, you’ll work alongside an experienced crew installing insulation and completing residential energy-efficiency improvements. You’ll learn the trade hands-on, receive training from experienced industry professionals, and have opportunities to take on more responsibility as you develop your skills.

Experience is not required. We’re looking for people with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. For team members who want to grow, there is a clear path toward Lead Installer and Crew Chief roles.

Responsibilities
- Install insulation and weatherization materials in residential homes
- Assist with air sealing and other energy-efficiency improvements
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment
- Work in attics, basements, crawlspaces, and other residential spaces
- Prepare and protect customer homes before work begins and clean work areas upon completion
- Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment
- Follow job specifications, safety procedures, and company quality standards
- Work collaboratively with crew members and Crew Chiefs to complete projects efficiently
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers and teammates
- Participate in ongoing training and develop the skills needed to take on greater responsibility
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma/GED
- Clean driving record
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Pre-employment screening
