What You’ll Do:

• Connect with clients who have already requested insurance information — no cold calling.

• Identify their needs and discuss life, health, or retirement coverage options.

• Conduct phone or video appointments and guide clients through applications.

• Keep accurate records and follow up to help ensure policy placement.

What You Need:

• Strong communication skills and a self-motivated attitude.

• Professional, reliable, and coachable.

• Internet access, a reliable computer, and a suitable remote workspace.

• Must be a U.S. resident and able to obtain the required insurance license in your state of residence.

• Ability to obtain a state Life & Health insurance license if not already licensed (we provide licensing support and guidance).

Compensation:

• 1099 commission-only with uncapped earning potential, plus opportunities for performance-based bonuses.

• Competitive payouts; some products offer instant approvals for faster pay.

• Part-time agents may earn $3,000–$5,000/month; individual results vary based on sales and activity.
