What Youll Tackle

As an entry-level Field Supervisor in Aurora, youll help keep in-home care running at full speedsupporting our team and ensuring clients receive consistent, high-quality service. Key responsibilities include coordinating and overseeing field activity to keep care plans moving smoothly for clients, communicating updates between caregivers, office staff, and clients with clarity and urgency, documenting visits, notes, and follow-ups accurately and on time, and helping resolve day-to-day issues quickly while keeping safety and professionalism front and center. Required qualifications/skills include strong communication, organization, and time-management skills, comfort working onsite and traveling locally as needed, reliability, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm under pressure, and commitment to integrity and safety.
