RGA Warehouse Operator
Location: Carlsbad, CA 92011
Duration: 1 year, temp-to-perm potential
Schedule: Monday Friday, 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
OT: Some overtime may be available

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Warehouse/Operations Technician to support receiving, material handling, inventory, and manufacturing operations in a chemical environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, store, and move materials throughout the facility.
• Operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts, electric and manual pallet jacks.
• Perform boxing, packaging, inventory tracking, and cycle counts.
• Track and label vessels/containers and complete system transactions.
• Maintain accurate inventory and documentation.
• Support recycling and general warehouse housekeeping.
• Follow all safety, quality, environmental, and PPE requirements.
• Work around chemicals including acids, acetone, and IPA.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED.
• 3+ years of warehouse, receiving, or inventory experience.
• Forklift experience required.
• SAP experience highly preferred.
• Basic Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical material-handling duties.
• Must be clean-shaven as required for the work environment.
• Must be able to successfully complete a Fit for Duty evaluation.
