Data Architect

Job Summary:

The Data/Information Architect - Consultant is responsible for supporting data architecture, analytics, dashboard development, and CRM-related solutions. This role transforms data into actionable insights, supports reporting platforms, and maintains documentation to ensure long-term system usability and improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Perform data analysis on operational and financial datasets to support business decisions
• Develop and support public-facing dashboards and reporting solutions
• Work in database environments such as MS SQL Server Management and Azure Synapse
• Provide development and support for CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot
• Participate in SDLC activities using methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Lean, and DevOps
• Create detailed documentation for dashboards, processes, and future system modifications

Required Skills & Certifications:

• Experience in Tableau development and deployment
• Working knowledge of database principles and design
• Experience in CRM development and support
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Strong data analysis experience
• Business analyst skills
• Ability to explain and document complex concepts for different audiences
• Experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI, R, Python, and SAS

Special Considerations:

• Fully onsite work requirement

• Schedule: 5 days per week
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Duration: 12 months
