Job Opportunity: Powder Coat Paint Booth Operator

A client of ours in Tualatin is looking to add a Powder Coat Paint Booth Operator to their team. This is a long-term opportunity with room for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare parts for the powder coating process and load/unload parts from the paint line.
• Inspect parts for defects and ensure they are ready for painting.
• Operate and monitor the paint booth and related equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance on the painting system.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Track and report completed part counts and prepare parts for assembly.
• Report quality, equipment, process, or material issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of production or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to understand English and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to read work orders and perform basic math.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs regularly.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch as needed.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and handle multiple tasks.
• Comfortable operating basic computer equipment.

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 5AM – 3:30PM
Pay: $19.04/hr.

Duration: This is a temp-to-hire position.
