Director of Accountability and Operational Analysis Division

Duties

Serves as a leader and internal consultant to management, identifying, developing, and implementing operational factors that impact the portfolio and business practices.

Manages the creation of specialized and recurring management reports and analyses for the Service Center Director and other senior management.

Provides senior expert advice and recommendations to the Director, SC, and/or upper management officials concerning business unit performance, as well as the impact of fiscal policies and conditions on portfolio, program operations, and overall organizational performance.

Oversees and coordinates operational analysis and audit management activities related to the portfolio.

Identifies developmental and training needs of employees, providing or arranging for needed development and training.
