Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst in Miami, FL to perform advanced data analysis, develop business insights, and build dashboards and reporting solutions. The role requires strong SQL, dbt, data quality, Git, and data transformation experience, along with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and mentor junior analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform complex data analysis and develop actionable business insights.
• Build and maintain dbt models across staging, intermediate, and mart layers.
• Write and optimize SQL for data transformation and analysis.
• Develop advanced reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Implement dbt tests, source freshness checks, and data validation.
• Maintain data dictionaries, dbt documentation, and data lineage.
• Partner with stakeholders to define metrics and translate business requirements into dashboards.
• Manage Git-based version control for dbt projects.
• Monitor data quality and troubleshoot pipeline issues.
• Identify data/process issues and recommend solutions.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior Data Analysts.

3 5 Must-Haves:

• Strong SQL development and data analysis experience.
• Hands-on dbt experience, including staging, intermediate, and mart models.
• Experience with data testing, validation, and data quality monitoring.
• Experience with Git/version control and dbt documentation/lineage.
• Strong stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.
