Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join the Product Capabilities Data Execution Team. This role will serve as a key partner in driving operational efficiency, process automation, collaboration, and business transformation initiatives. The consultant will collaborate with business, technology, operations, and control partners to design and implement scalable solutions that streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and support strategic business objectives.

Location: Chandler, AZ/ Charlotte NC (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on process improvement, workflow automation, operational efficiency, and business transformation.
• Design and implement scalable solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate current processes, and identify opportunities for automation and enhancement.
• Drive adoption of technology-enabled solutions by developing sustainable processes and promoting best practices.
• Develop executive-level reporting, insights, and communications that support decision-making and business performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with business, technology, risk, and control partners to ensure solutions align with governance, compliance, and operational requirements.
• Drive accountability and execution across multiple initiatives while managing priorities, stakeholder expectations, and risks.
• Mentor and provide guidance to team members while serving as a subject matter expert in automation and business process optimization.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, Process Improvement, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience developing automation, workflow, business intelligence, or technology-enabled solutions using Microsoft technologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable technology-enabled solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Experience designing and implementing workflow automation, process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience evaluating, implementing, or supporting Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled solutions.
• Ability to gather business requirements, analyze complex challenges, and translate needs into scalable technology-enabled solutions.
• Experience developing executive reporting, dashboards, and presentations.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Jira, SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis.
• Experience supporting governance, risk management, controls, compliance, or audit-related activities.
• Experience in banking, financial services, credit card products, or lending operations.
