Oracle Program Director

Skill needed for the role:

Experience in managing at least 3 large-scale successful multi-country Oracle transformation programs

Support pre-sales activities by providing program insights, solution approaches, and delivery capabilities to strengthen proposals and client presentations.

Responsible for overall program governance, stakeholder management, program execution, risk management, and executive connect

Drive growth by aligning delivery excellence with strategic objectives, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships

13-15 years' experience

Preferred location: NJ Area or Chicago, IL or Dallas, TX

Travel could be up to 1-2 weeks a month
