Role Overview
As a Graduate Medical Education (GME) Program Coordinator I, you will facilitate educational project work by providing direction, leadership, and day-to-day management of clinical medical education programs and initiatives. You¿ll support the Medical Education Manager and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of department projects and initiatives, contributing to the advancement of medical education at Henry Ford Health.

What You Will Do
- Coordinate department projects and formulate process enhancements to meet established goals and deadlines.
- Work with internal and external customers to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Manage data collection and entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Create, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks to meet timelines.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders using a customer-friendly demeanor and culturally appropriate etiquette.
- Apply problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address challenges independently.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in an educational or medical office/administrative/project management environment.
- Strong data collection and entry ability with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data management applications.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Medical Education experience.
- TAGME certification.
