VP Or Director Of Warehouse Operations
Required Skills & Experience
Demonstrated senior leadership in warehousing, distribution, or third-party logistics, including responsibility across multiple facilities and experience managing General Managers or Operations Managers.
Strong working knowledge of both B2B retail distribution and DTC fulfillment, including retailer routing, labeling, shipment compliance, inventory accuracy, and value-added services.
Experience building labor plans and operating budgets, interpreting warehouse financial results, and delivering measurable improvements in service, productivity, cost, or quality.
Ability to diagnose operating problems using WMS data, spreadsheets, dashboards, and direct observation; turn findings into actions with clear owners and follow-through.
Strong people leadership, client communication, and change-management skills, with a record of developing managers and maintaining consistent standards across teams.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience opening warehouses, onboarding 3PL clients, implementing WMS changes, and applying Lean or similar improvement methods.
Familiarity with Deposco, A2000, or comparable WMS platforms is helpful.
A relevant degree or equivalent practical leadership experience is preferred.
