Full Stack Developer - Airline Industry

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to support the design, development, integration, and modernization of enterprise applications within the airline and aviation industry.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across front-end and back-end technologies, API development, cloud platforms, databases, and modern DevOps practices. Experience working with airline systems, reservation platforms, passenger services, flight operations, loyalty programs, or other travel-industry applications is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
• Develop responsive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Build and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs / microservices.
• Develop backend applications using Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, or Python.
• Integrate applications with airline systems, third-party APIs, databases, and enterprise platforms.
• Work with business and technical teams to translate requirements into reliable software solutions.
• Troubleshoot application, API, database, and production issues.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and performance optimization.
• Implement automated build and deployment processes using CI/CD tools.
• Work in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Full Stack Development experience
• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot or equivalent backend technologies.
• Strong experience with React.js, Angular, or similar JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong JavaScript / TypeScript development experience.
• Hands-on experience developing REST APIs and microservices.
• Experience with relational databases such as:
  • Oracle
  • PostgreSQL
  • SQL Server
  • MySQL
• Experience with NoSQL technologies such as MongoDB is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
• Experience with Kubernetes is preferred.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of software development best practices, design patterns, and secure coding standards.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
