Technical Business Analyst - Observability and Internal Developer Portal

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support the product development life cycle for key initiatives. This role involves working closely with development teams to understand technical gaps, write requirements, and drive the automation and solutioning process.

Key Responsibilities

• Work through the product development life cycle (PDLC), collaborating with development teams to identify system gaps for automation and solutioning.
• Define dashboard requirements and create technical documentation.
• Contribute to the migration from existing observability platforms to Datadog, and ensure proper system setups for Datadog consumption.
• Support key projects, including a GitHub migration, an environment modernization project, and a Port I/O developer portal project.
• Build solutions with scalability in mind.

Required Qualifications

Senior-level experience as a Technical Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager.

Experience with observability platforms such as Elastic or Splunk is required.

Experience with internal developer portal tools like Backstage, Harness, or Cortex is required.

Proficiency with Jira is required; experience with ServiceNow and Smartsheet is beneficial.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with Datadog is strongly preferred.
• Direct experience with Port I/O is strongly preferred.
