If you're passionate about making a positive difference and helping others achieve their goals, join our supportive, purpose-driven team!ARE YOU THE DSP - COMMUNITY SUPPORT COACH OUR TEAM NEEDS?If you can meet the following requirements, we need you as our DSP - Community Support Coach!High school diploma or the equivalentValid driver's license and reliable transportationWillingness to transport participants using your personal vehiclePersonal or professional experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE?This position is available full-time, typically 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, or part-time from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM, 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, or 2-3 full days per week.As our DSP - Community Support Coach, you'll spend your day helping individuals build skills and confidence as they work toward personal goals. You may support daily routines, assist with job skill development, participate in engaging community activities, and provide encouragement as individuals develop greater independence.
