As part of our team, you will contribute to a culture focused on innovation, quality, and service, while preparing for future advancement within the company.FOOD SERVICE SUPERVISOR QUALIFICATIONSRequirements:At least 18 years old1+ years of experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail, or food serviceExperience with opening and closing proceduresAbility to lead staff and supervise teams as well as coach and develop team membersAbility to obtain Food Handler Certification within 30 daysAbility to stand or walk for 6-8 hours, lift 30 lbs, and work safely in a kitchenKnowledge of restaurant operations, food safety standards, and guest service standardsAbility to lead in a fast-paced environmentAbility to communicate clearly and resolve conflictsSchedule: The Food Service Supervisor will work variable shifts scheduled within business hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, according to operational needs.WHAT TO EXPECT AS A FOOD SERVICE SUPERVISORIn this role, you will begin each day as a visible leader in the restaurant, ensuring smooth operations and upholding the highest standards of hospitality. Your responsibilities will include supervising guest service, maintaining cleanliness, and addressing concerns to guarantee a positive dining experience. You will provide guidance and coaching to team members, oversee workflow and station assignments, and manage operational routines such as opening, closing, cash handling, and compliance checks. Throughout your shift, you will monitor quality, safety protocols, and support front-of-house activities during busy periods.
