Strategic Sourcing Manager
Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management experience. Proven contract negotiation and supplier management expertise. Experience developing and executing sourcing strategies. Bachelor's degree and/or recognized procurement certification. Strong cross-functional and senior stakeholder partnership skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Technical, engineering, industrial, manufacturing, maritime, MRO, energy, transportation, or capital equipment sourcing. Complex technical procurement or large-scale operational/project environments. Sustainability or supplier diversity exposure is a plus.
Job Description: Lead strategic sourcing for technical goods and services across a complex, global operation. The role develops sourcing strategies, negotiates contracts, manages supplier relationships, and drives measurable value across multiple business units.
