The Job

You'll deliver packages to homes and businesses in and around Olathe using a company-provided vehicle. Expect 50 miles per day across a 5-day schedule that includes at least one weekend day. Routes start at 9 AM. The work is physical — loading, unloading, and moving packages up to 150 lbs all shift. If you can handle the pace, the pay and incentives reflect it.

Training runs 7–10 days: a qualification cert, then a week with a ride-along, then an independent start with a lower stop count that builds up. Pay stays the same throughout training.

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• No CDL required
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift up to 150 lbs with repeated bending, lifting, and maneuvering
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Professional communication and customer-service mindset
• Prior delivery or courier experience preferred — not required
