Required Education Bachelor's Degree Required Experience 10+ years of Procurement experience Extensive experience in procurement, contract management, or business process improvement initiatives Experience working with contract terms, procurement processes, and supplier negotiation dynamics Experience developing and delivering training programs in complex, cross-functional environments Experience collaborating with Legal and Learning & Development (L&D) teams Strong project management experience, including planning, stakeholder coordination, and execution tracking Preferred Experience Experience in utility, regulated, or large enterprise procurement environments Experience developing training for procurement agents or contract professionals Required Skills Procurement and contract management Business process improvement Procurement training development and delivery Contract terms and procurement processes Supplier negotiation Cross-functional collaboration Ability to translate complex subject matter into clear, structured, actionable training content Strong project management Stakeholder coordination and execution tracking Preferred Skills Strong facilitation and communication skills Ability to influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels Ability to create practical, action-oriented training rather than lecture-based content Knowledge of standardized, scalable, and repeatable process solutions Key Responsibilities Lead the development, compilation, approval, and execution of procurement training programs, with approximately 70% of the role focused on training. Apply business process improvement principles to develop standardized and scalable solutions, with approximately 30% of the role focused on process improvement. Partner with Procurement leadership and the Enterprise Learning & Development (EL&D) team to deliver structured, enterprise-aligned training programs. Work with Procurement stakeholders to identify and resolve business pain points. Translate procurement policies, contract frameworks, and best practices into practical learning experiences and process documentation. Develop training and documentation that improve procurement capability and contract literacy while helping reduce contractual and operational risk. Operate with a high degree of autonomy and strategic influence in supporting procurement training and process improvement initiatives.
