Job Description:

• Handle inbound and outbound client conversations to explain insurance coverage options
• Build rapport with prospective customers and guide them through the enrollment process
• Follow up with leads promptly and maintain accurate records in the CRM
• Meet individual sales goals while delivering a professional customer experience
• Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing sales training

Requirements:

• Availability to work evenings
• Availability during Eastern Time business hours
• Experience in sales, customer service, or other client-facing communication roles, with a track record of meeting performance targets (preferred)
• Comfort using CRM systems to track leads and follow-up activity (preferred)
• Experience in the insurance industry (preferred)
• Experience handling inbound leads, outbound follow-up, objection handling, and guiding customers through enrollment (preferred)
• Experience with Zoom-based face-to-face customer interaction (preferred)
