We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and collaborative Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)& or Qualified Behavioral Analyst (QBA) to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate is passionate about Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), committed to individualized and evidence-based treatment, and enjoys collaborating with families and clinical team members to help clients build meaningful skills and achieve greater independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles and each client's unique needs.
- Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze clinical data to monitor progress and guide treatment decisions.
- Provide ongoing supervision, mentorship, and support to RBTs and other members of the clinical team.
- Train and collaborate with parents, caregivers, and families to support the consistent implementation of behavior-management strategies.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, assessments, and supervision documentation.
- Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as appropriate.
- Remain current with evidence-based practices, research, ethical standards, and developments within the field of ABA.
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, staff training, and continuing education opportunities.
- Maintain a high standard of ethical and professional conduct in accordance with BACB standards and applicable regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification.
- Current state licensure, if applicable.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of ABA experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and clinical decision-making skills with the ability to interpret and apply behavioral data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting families.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based clinical practice.
- Dedication to continued professional development and growth within the field of ABA.
