Full Stack Developer

Salary: $88,000 - 128,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require 5+ years of industry experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• We require experience building and integrating REST APIs with .NET Framework.
• We require experience with SQL, including creating and maintaining indexes, stored procedures, and tables.
• We require JavaScript, HTML, and CSS expertise, including experience with a modern framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• We require a proven background in server-side software development and front-end architecture.
• We require experience collaborating with software developers on new products during the design process.
• We require proficiency in writing and maintaining feature documentation and conducting code reviews.
• We seek strong analytical ability, including the ability to propose new ideas and designs, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred experience includes .NET Core 6 or 8; Angular 14+ with Standalone Components, Signals, and Built-in Control Flow; CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS; testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, Mocha, or Chai; A/B testing; and Docker.
• The role may involve occasional standing, walking, sitting, reaching, climbing or balancing, stooping or kneeling, speaking and hearing, and using fingers and hands to feel objects and tools; occasional lifting or moving of up to 25 pounds; and close and distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• We require a background check and drug/substance screening after a conditional offer, with clear results from both required for employment. We also conduct randomized drug and substance testing approximately every 60 days under the same screening standards.

Responsibilities:

• We guide the technical direction and implementation of product requests as large-scale, end-to-end solutions.
• We collaborate with product, QA, and development colleagues to release robust code that meets client expectations and feature criteria.
• We deliver well-tested, maintainable, reliable, and secure code with users best interests in mind.
• We address bugs, defects, poor feature implementations, and production issues as they arise.
• We conduct code reviews, create maintainable documentation, and implement complex bug fixes with security and a Zero Trust mindset.
• We mentor fellow developers, share expertise, and help strengthen the teams skills.
