Business Analyst
Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets with expertise in Fixed Income securities such as Bonds, Treasuries, MBS, and Corporate Debt instruments. Deep understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle, including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, accounting, and reporting. Hands-on experience with Market Reference Data domains, including security master, pricing, issuer, and instrument data management. Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process workflows. Experience working with Front Office, Middle Office, Operations, and Technology teams to support business transformation initiatives. Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills with experience delivering solutions in Agile/Scrum environments.
