Pathway Initiatives Specialist
Workforce Solutions of West Central Texas Board Staff is looking for a Pathway Initiatives Specialist to coordinate work-based learning opportunities and support the development of career pathways across the West Central Texas region.
This person will work closely with school districts, higher education institutions, employers, and community partners to expand career-connected learning opportunities, strengthen regional workforce initiatives, and prepare students for high-demand careers.

We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Has 3+ years of experience in education, workforce development, program coordination, partnership development, or a related field (preferred)
- Has a bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university (preferred; relevant experience may substitute year-for-year)
- Is willing to travel throughout the region | Valid driver's license and insurance required
