Home Care Aide
We are seeking compassionate and caring Home Care Aides to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare of Bel Air. As a Home Care Aide with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will play a vital role in providing non-medical care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
- Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
- Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
