Senior Accountant

We're partnering with a well-established and growing organization seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional looking to take the next step in their career with a company known for converting top talent to permanent employees. Location: Ventura Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 annually Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday Type: Temp-to-Hire Key Responsibilities: General ledger accounting and account reconciliations Fixed assets management and reporting Bank and line of credit reconciliations Journal entries and month-end close activities Budget vs. actual analysis and reporting Property tax filings, business licenses, and corporate filings AP support and weekly payment processing Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3+ years of accounting experience Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience Manufacturing, inventory, or cost accounting experience is highly preferred Bilingual skills are a plus All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
