Location: Fort Myers, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Full-Time)
Pay Rate: $17.50 / hour

PrideStaff is hiring a Dispatcher in Fort Myers!

This role will keep deliveries running smoothly! You will be the main point of contact connecting a warehouse team, delivery drivers, and customers to answer questions and resolve everyday delivery issues.
What You'll Do

• Help coordinate daily merchandise deliveries and direct customer questions to the right department.
• Keep basic delivery records and simple operational logs organized.
• Stay in touch with drivers, managers, and warehouse staff to resolve minor issues quickly.
• Join short team check-ins and help out with general office tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: High School Diploma (or equivalent) plus general office, clerical, or customer service experience. (Dispatching experience is a plus!)
• Communication: Clear, friendly phone skills and a helpful customer-service mindset.
• Skills: Good organizational skills, comfortable multitasking, and basic computer/office equipment experience.
• Attitude: A reliable team player who likes helping out where needed.
