As South Florida's premier generator and electrical service provider, we're looking for a detail-oriented Permit Coordinator to help us streamline operations and ensure every project starts without delay.

What You'll Do:

• Manage the permitting process for residential and commercial generator and electrical installations
• Prepare and submit permit applications to local municipalities, tracking approvals and inspections through completion
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of jurisdictional requirements and code changes
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and building departments to resolve permit-related issues
• Log and organize all permit documentation and inspection outcomes in our project management system
• Support the operations team by ensuring timelines are met and compliance is maintained

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with permitting in the construction, electrical, or generator industry (preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
• Familiarity with South Florida municipal permitting systems is a plus
