As our Insurance Customer Service Rep, your day will center on commercial accounts, from reviewing upcoming renewals and assisting with new business quotes to preparing endorsements, tracking coverage, and generating Certificates of Insurance. Youll also help with premium payments and keep account information accurate in the agency management system. Its work that rewards someone who takes pride in follow-through and understands that the details matter to the client.
The office is in downtown Allen Park, with easy access to several expressways and a strong sense of community. Management keeps its doors open, teammates look out for one another, and work-life boundaries are respected. Youll also have PTO, paid holidays, health insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
The base salary is $50,000- $70,000, depending on experience. As you build your commercial insurance knowledge, theres room to take on more complex accounts and grow toward management, operations, or even a future sales role.

Responsibilities
- Review and update the rolling policy renewal report.
- Assist with new business quotes and endorsements.
- Track coverage and generate Certificates of Insurance.
- Facilitate customer premium payments.
- Maintain accurate account data in agency systems.
- Support clients with commercial insurance service needs.
Requirement
- Property & Casualty license required.
- Life & Health is a Plus, or willingness to obtain within 60 days of start date
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Able to stay composed under pressure.
- Comfortable working with clients in person, by phone, and electronically.
- Thorough understanding of coverage types and insured risks.
- Familiarity with agency management systems is a plus.
