Job Summary

• Senior Workday Developer responsible for designing, developing, configuring, integrating, and supporting Workday HCM solutions across enterprise HR business processes.
• The role involves partnering with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable Workday solutions, complex integrations, reports, and enhancements while ensuring data accuracy, security, performance, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and maintaining: Workday dashboards, apps, reports, and integrations
• Testing and troubleshooting: Workday integrations
• Collaborating with stakeholders: Define business requirements and pain points with stakeholders in finance, human resources, accounting, payroll, and legal
• contributing to data and analytics strategy: Contribute to and execute on the data and analytics strategy for human resources
• Integrating Workday: Integrate Workday with other technologies and vendor systems
• Building collateral: Participate in knowledge capture sessions and help build HP delivery collateral
• Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment
• Adding new features: Contribute functional expertise to the Workday product team by adding new features and workflows

• 10+ years' experience with Workday Integrations required which includes
• Workday Integrations (Core Expertise)
• Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
• Core Connector for Worker (CCW)
• PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface)
• PICOF (Payroll Interface Connector)
• Workday Cloud Connect Integrations
• Workday Web Services
• REST APIs & SOAP APIs
• XML, XSLT 2.0 & XSLT 3.0 Transformations
• Workday Custom Reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite)
• Workday Document Transformation
• Object Transporter 2.0 (OT2)
