Title: RM - AWS Developer

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid - 2 days/week on-site)

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an AWS Developer to join our Technology Support Engineering team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will design, develop, and support cloud-based solutions across AWS infrastructure with a core focus on contact center integrations and serverless application development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable backend services, dynamic front-end user interfaces, and automated data pipelines.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and support AWS cloud solutions utilizing Amazon Connect, VPC, API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, Cognito, SES, S3, and EC2.
• Configure Amazon Connect contact flows and seamlessly integrate them with upstream/downstream business logic.
• Build serverless APIs and scalable data architectures using API Gateway, Lambda, and DynamoDB.
• Develop dynamic UI applications using Angular and Node.js, connecting them to AWS microservices and external APIs.
• Create QuickSight dashboards and data reporting workflows, executing necessary data transformations with Python and Lambda.
• Configure authentication and access control policies for applications using AWS Cognito.
• Maintain and troubleshoot AWS networking, security configurations, deployment infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Amazon Connect configuration and integration (2+ years)
• Python development for serverless applications and data transformation (2+ years)
• AWS Bedrock implementation and cloud development (2+ years)

ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS

• Angular and Node.js UI development
• AWS Serverless stack (API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, Cognito)
• QuickSight reporting and dashboard generation
• Medicaid domain experience
• Generative AI (Gen AI) implementation experience

CANDIDATE PROFILE

The ideal candidate is a hands-on Cloud Engineer with solid experience in building serverless cloud architecture and contact center solutions. They bring strong practical knowledge of Python and Amazon Connect, work effectively in a hybrid team environment, and communicate key technical details clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize AWS serverless solutions using Amazon Connect, API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, and Cognito.
• Develop responsive user interfaces with Angular and Node.js integrated into AWS microservices.
• Build automated data transformation processes using Python and create analytics dashboards in AWS QuickSight.
• Maintain and support cloud networking, security, CI/CD automation, and troubleshooting across environments.
