Job Title : AI/ML Data Engineer

Location : Prosper, Texas

Responsibilities:

• 8+ years of experience in Data engineering, Data platform engineering, and ML data engineering.
• Strong hands-on programming experience with Python.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational and analytical databases.
• Experience with Apache Spark / PySpark for large-scale data processing.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, including data modeling and data transformation.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines to support AI/ML and analytics workloads.
• Build reliable ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, transform, validate, and prepare structured and unstructured data.
• Develop data processing solutions using Python, SQL, and Apache Spark.
• Build and maintain ML datasets and feature pipelines for model training, validation, experimentation, and production inference.
• Optimize Spark jobs, SQL queries, data transformations, and pipeline execution for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to understand data requirements and develop reusable data pipelines.
• Collaborate with cloud, DevOps, ML, and application engineering teams to deploy and operate data pipelines in production.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
